I love my 2013 Civic, which I as a Grandma use quite often to take my grandchildren to parks and on our little field trips. I have always had my car serviced by Proctor Honda. From the moment I arrive the technicians and service personnel keep me informed on the progress of my repair and inform me if other issues are found. Safety is my most important issue as I travel with my special passengers. When I leave I know the car is safe and while I am waiting the coffee and snacks are pretty good. Proctor Honda was incredibly quick with figuring out the problem and fixing my vehicle despite being very busy. I towed my car there Saturday night and it was done by Monday afternoon. Sheila was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process! I would highly recommend to all Honda drivers in the Tallahassee area.

I've been to several Honda dealerships all over CA and NC, BUT I must say this is the one Honda dealership that is better than the rest. They do about 130 cars a day and they know when most likely it'll be done. They prefer an appointment but also have helped me in a crunch. This was my first experience with Proctor Honda and first time buying a brand new vehicle. As my husband and I drove up, JR Peet greeted us. He was cordial and knowledgeable without being pushy. He coordinated getting my trade in valued, which was surprisingly quick and a very fair value. I had secured my own financing, but he was able secure a lower rate than my credit Union. Although he was good at the business side of the transaction, he did not fall short in being an enjoyable person to interact with. He actively listened and was engaging with us both. A genuine people person is an asset in the automotive industry. JR, the finance manager and William all were very easy to work with and transparent about the whole process.
