My sales experience with my vehicle purchase was excellent. Wes answered all my questions and provided me with any information I requested. I really felt like he wasn't "just" trying to sell me a vehicle...especially in these tough economic times. Thanks Wes!

This was my first car purchase and Frank made the experience comfortable and easy. He was a great salesman and didn't make me feel any pressure to buy, which is one reason I did! The price was reasonable for the type of car I was looking for, too. I will definitely be using this dealership again for future car needs and will send friends and family there also.

Thanks to Billy and Patrick this was a stress free experience. Billy stayed late and listened carefully to what we wanted, covered the options, and told us what he could do and when. He located a CR-V in the color and model that we wanted and had it delivered within a couple of days. Using plain language he explained the deal and worked within the price range that we could afford and wanted. He did not pressure us to take a vehicle on his lot or take options that we did not want or need. We were very excited when we saw our vehicle for the first time and was happy that we waited for the color we selected. Patrick was equally helpful in explaining the extended warranty coverage which we purchased.

We've purchased several Hondas and Acuras over the years from the Proctor Dealerships and appreciate their straight forward manner and exceptional friendliness. They have always gone out of their way to help us with purchase and service issues.

Andy attended us, my husband and me, very well. It was the best car buying experience we ever had. I plan to buy my next car from Honda Proctor. The financing option was grate, superior dill over the one offered by my Credit Union. Everybody in the store is helpful and courteous. Yesterday I have had my second key done by Jason in Service Department, he was quick, efficient and polite.
You ALL at Honda are doing a SUPERIOR JOB!

The was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences. The Sales person David tried to anticipate your questions before asked. Provided much information and followed up the following morning to verify satisfaction. David ensured me that if there were any additional questions or concerns that needed to be addressed he was there to help.

Everyone is friendly and does not pressure you to make a deal. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a new or used car visit Proctor Honda in Tallahassee for the hassle-free and friendly service. I have been a customer since 2006 and I will keep returning and recommending that others do the same.
